Hotel Rehabs is hiring a Project Manager of Construction in Phoenix, Maricopa County. In this full-time role, you'll lead tenant improvement projects by fostering strong relationships with your team, communicating clearly across disciplines, and expertly navigating the complexities of project scope and negotiation.
About the Role
You'll oversee construction projects in a fast-paced environment, serving as the central point of coordination between your construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Working closely with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents, you'll manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality standards and project success from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Lead tenant improvement projects from planning through completion, coordinating all on-site activities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and profitability
- Negotiate contract terms, vendor pricing, and scope adjustments with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Handle project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Communicate proactively with APMs, Superintendents, and all project stakeholders to keep teams aligned
- Address on-site challenges and adapt to changing project conditions with creative problem-solving
