The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Keller North America, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex geotechnical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.

Core Duties

• Manage project execution from planning to completion, including site visits and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Provide technical support for project proposals and bid documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in geotechnical software tools and project management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
