About the Role
We're seeking a Project Architect to direct the design and execution of mission-critical data center facilities for major, long-term clients worldwide. You'll own the architectural strategy for programmatic, technically demanding projects where your decisions directly shape facility performance, resilience, and operational excellence. This role provides meaningful influence over project direction and team execution at the local level.
What You'll Do
- Lead architectural vision and technical strategy for large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects
- Coordinate design development across multiple disciplines to meet client requirements for uptime, security, and performance
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication throughout delivery phases
- Direct design reviews and quality assurance to ensure projects meet specifications and industry standards
- Evaluate advanced technologies and best practices to optimize data center performance and resilience
- Build and mentor team members on technical architecture and project execution
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience architecting large-scale data center or mission-critical facility projects
- Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, systems design, and facility engineering
- Proven track record managing complex projects from design through construction and occupancy
- Strong project leadership, communication, and client relationship management capabilities
- Professional architecture degree or equivalent credentials and relevant industry experience
- Experience supporting long-term client relationships and repeat project delivery
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and staff development
