About the Role
In this Production Operator role, you'll be a core contributor to our manufacturing operations, working under the supervision of an experienced Team Leader. Your responsibilities will span the full production workflow, from material preparation through assembly and finishing. What You'll Do
- Assist in the assembly and finishing of molded parts, ensuring they meet quality specifications
- Prepare molding materials and components to support the daily production schedule
- Perform preparation and bonding work on boats and other manufactured assemblies
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality throughout all assigned tasks
- Respond to Team Leader direction and collaborate effectively with your production crew
