Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our Product & Partnerships team.

This is an execution-focused role that supports the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Kensington’s travel products. You will play an important role in coordinating workflows, supporting product builds, conducting research, and helping ensure our product information remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with Kensington’s standards.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, research, process management, and working behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional travel experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Build & Setup Support
  • Prepare, format, and proofread service briefs for new and existing itinerariesSource, organize, and upload images into internal systems
  • Support product setup activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Assist with maintaining product data and content across platforms
  • Research & Development Support
  • Conduct destination, supplier, and itinerary research to support new product development and refreshes
  • Consolidate research findings into clear, structured recommendations and summaries
  • Support updates and enhancements to existing product content
  • Workflow & Inbox Management
  • Triage incoming requests from Destination Experts, DMC partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Track requests, manage workflow queues, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Draft concise communications, summaries, and responses for internal review
  • Reporting & Feedback Support
  • Assist with Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking and reporting
  • Support the collection and organization of customer, partner, and internal feedback
  • Identify recurring themes and summarize insights to support continuous product improvement

  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and structured data templates
  • Excellent written communication skills, including drafting, proofreading, and summarizing information
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative within established processes
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Interest in travel and global destinations, with the ability to quickly synthesize information from multiple sources
