What This Role Involves

This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment where you will be responsible for trimming, operating machinery, and packing meat products. You will work closely with the team to ensure high standards of quality and hygiene are maintained throughout the production process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Trimming raw meat (beef, pork & lamb) for retail readiness
• Operating machinery in a chiller environment to pack meat products
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality control
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production processes

Requirements

• Experience in the meat processing industry is desirable but not essential
• Able to work in a cold environment for extended periods
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Possess a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
