About the Role

As a Principal Product Design Specialist within our Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) organization, you'll drive the strategic direction of design initiatives that impact enterprises worldwide. This is a full-time position based in Redmond, King County, where you'll collaborate with world-class engineers, architects, and customer teams who are transforming industries through technology and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences and solutions tailored to complex enterprise customer needs
• Lead cross-functional design strategy in collaboration with engineering, product, and customer teams
• Partner directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements
• Architect scalable design systems that enable rapid innovation and operational consistency
• Mentor and guide design team members, elevating the standard for product design excellence
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design patterns to maintain solutions at the industry forefront
• Transform complex customer challenges into elegant, user-centered design solutions

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in product design or user experience design at scale
• Deep expertise designing enterprise-grade software and solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric perspective
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
