Position Summary

UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join Gleason Medical Associates located in Edgewood, Pennsylvania. This role will play an integral part in the health of patients and provide world-class support resources for optimal patient care.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation as per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective healthcare solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and integrate them into clinical practice.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in primary care settings preferred but not mandatory.
