SailPoint, the recognized leader in Identity Security, is hiring a full-time Sales Executive in the United Arab Emirates (nationwide) (nationwide) to drive enterprise adoption of our Identity Security platform across a fast-growing regional market.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive at SailPoint, you will own the full sales cycle for our Identity Security Solution, helping organizations answer a critical question: who has access to what applications and data. This is a team-selling role where you act as the quarterback — orchestrating a virtual team and leading every prospect from first discovery call to closed win. You will partner closely with our leadership team to sharpen your territory strategy and maximize its impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue quota targets.
- Run discovery calls and early engagements that qualify opportunities by uncovering each prospect's true needs.
- Position the value of SailPoint against alternatives such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, articulating a broader value proposition that includes partner services.
- Build territory and account plans aligned to your assigned region, and refine them with management.
- Coordinate a virtual team — presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, the BVA team, and customer success — prepping each contributor before key calls and holding them accountable.
- Work with marketing and channel teams to design and execute go-to-market plans through partners and end users.
- Manage every stage of the sale: qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiation, and closing.
- Navigate conversations across all levels of a customer's organization, from business stakeholders to technical decision-makers.
- Maintain disciplined Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and effective use of channel and reporting tools.
- Develop deep territory expertise spanning customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
Qualifications
- A persuasive communicator who excels in discovery and competitive positioning.
- Proven ability to sell collaboratively rather than independently, leading cross-functional virtual teams.
- Strong decision-making on stakeholder engagement, sequencing, and follow-through.
- Skilled at building territory plans that map a clear path from discovery to deal progression.
- Comfortable engaging both business and technical audiences within enterprise accounts.
