Pricing Analyst @Flip

What you’ll have to do:  

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability, competitiveness, and sales volume across the product portfolio
• Propose and adjust price segmentation for products based on commercial flows and market dynamics
• Analyze profit margins, sales volumes, and key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions
• Perform periodic price updates in internal systems as a result of operational, commercial, or fiscal changes
• Monitor competitor pricing across relevant channels and translate market insights into actionable pricing recommendations
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on promotional campaigns, discount structures, and other price-driven initiatives
• Generate detailed reports on product performance and the commercial impact of pricing adjustments
• Optimize and redesign pricing mechanisms for products and services, reducing errors and ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial policy
• Maintain an accurate and updated pricing history log and ensure data integrity across ERP/CRM systems
• Collaborate actively with all departments within the company to align pricing decisions with the overall business strategy

What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a similar field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar pricing, commercial, or data analysis role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling)
• Solid understanding of pricing techniques and methodologies: competitive pricing, dynamic pricing, cost-plus pricing
• Understanding of the impact of pricing on sales volumes, profitability, and market positioning
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems for commercial data tracking (e.g. SAP)
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to work with large datasets and draw clear, actionable conclusions
• Capacity to make fast, well-informed, data-driven decisions to optimize product positioning and maximize profitability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Result-oriented mindset with a strategic, entrepreneurial approach
• Proactiveness, autonomy, and ambition
• Proficiency in English
• Enthusiasm for learning and easily adaptable to change
