Freyssinet is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead waterproofing operations across the United States and Canada. In this full-time position based in Sterling, Loudoun County, you'll direct all phases of CARPI waterproofing activities for large-scale hydraulic infrastructure projects.
About the Role
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the coordination and execution of waterproofing operations for dam, canal, and reservoir projects. You'll manage both rehabilitation efforts on existing hydraulic structures and waterproofing activities on newly constructed infrastructure across a multi-state and international service area. Your leadership will ensure consistent quality, safety, and on-time project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead operational planning and execution for CARPI waterproofing projects throughout North America
- Oversee project teams, supervise daily operations, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate repair and new construction activities on large hydraulic structures including dams, canals, and reservoirs
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements

- Proven operations management experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or waterproofing
- Strong leadership background with the ability to direct and motivate teams
