Role Overview

We are seeking a positive, caring, and motivated professional to join our team as the Preschool Director at Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. This role is crucial in ensuring that our school provides high-quality early childhood education while supporting families and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations, curriculum development, and overall quality of early childhood education programs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for early childhood education
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teachers and other staff members
• Implement and monitor the school's strategic plan to achieve educational goals
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to support program needs

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about early childhood education, has excellent leadership skills, and can inspire and motivate staff. A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in an educational setting. Experience as a preschool director or similar role is preferred.
