The position delivers weekly earnings between $2,500 and $3,200 for each driver, focuses on 100% no-touch freight, and includes a transition bonus of up to $2,375 on the first paycheck. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial tractor-trailer in partnership with your established team member while following safe driving practices and federal hours-of-service rules
• Transport 100% no-touch freight along assigned routes serving communities around Potomac and Montgomery County
• Complete required vehicle inspections, electronic logging, and paperwork as a coordinated Pre-Made Team CDL-A Truck Driver pair
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and each other to stay on schedule and address any en-route needs
• Maintain the equipment and load integrity throughout each trip without direct cargo handling

Qualifications

• Must apply as a complete pre-made team; single drivers or newly formed pairings will not be considered for this Pre-Made Team CDL-A Truck Driver role
• Hold at least eight months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or six months when one partner is already an experienced driver
• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license and meet all standard DOT physical and documentation requirements for team operation
