About This Position

This position offers the opportunity to drive product strategy and execution for a critical platform powering Westernunion's digital wallet and account services. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, technology capabilities, and business strategy, owning the complete product lifecycle from conception through scaling.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product strategy for the Wallet & Account Platform, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives and customer priorities
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver features and improvements on schedule
• Establish and track key product metrics, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and validate product decisions
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic importance
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand regulatory requirements, security needs, and operational constraints
• Communicate product vision and progress to leadership and external partners with clarity and conviction

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with technical depth in payments, fintech, or financial services platforms
• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority; strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Track record of shipping complex products in regulated environments or high-scale systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguity and change
• Deep understanding of wallet, account, and payment systems; familiarity with compliance, security, and operational excellence
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
