Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Foster exceptional client relationships through personalised guidance, product knowledge and post-sale engagement
• Coordinate showroom operations, stock presentation and sales processes to create a seamless luxury buying experience
• Analyse market trends and competitive activity, then adapt tactics to strengthen the centre’s position
• Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting, forecasting and resource planning that support long-term growth
• Ensure every interaction reinforces the reputation of Porsche and Listers as leaders in premium automotive retail

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales management within automotive or high-end retail environments
• Strong leadership ability to motivate teams, develop talent and achieve ambitious commercial goals
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills suited to engaging discerning customers
• Commercial acumen with experience of target setting, pipeline management and performance analysis
• Understanding of luxury brand standards and the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences
• Organised approach to daily operations combined with readiness to respond to market opportunities
• Full UK (nationwide) (nationwide) driving licence and willingness to represent the brand professionally both on and off site
