Experienced Plant Controller to support the finance organization and management team. The role combines hands-on controlling with strategic business partnering in a growing international group.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in controlling and finance (liquidity planning, budgeting, performance management)
– Excellent German and English language skills
– Profound knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and IT-driven process optimization
– Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with solid business understanding
– Experience in working with management and private equity investors
– Focus on risk management, compliance, and transparency
– The Plant Controller will collaborate closely with headquarters in Saxony-Anhalt
