About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Service and Repair Engineer to join our team at PH Jones. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and timely repair of various domestic equipment. This role is full-time and based in Harlington, Hayes.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve faults on domestic appliances and systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety standards are met.
• Perform repairs and installations with minimal supervision, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the domestic service sector.
• Certification or training in appliance repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
