Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish)

Gpac seeks a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal fluent in Spanish to join our expanding team in Providence. This full-time position is critical to supporting our personal injury attorneys and serving our diverse client base through every stage of their legal matters.

About the Role

Our firm handles complex personal injury cases from initial consultation through final settlement or trial. As a bilingual paralegal, you'll provide essential administrative and legal support while serving as a cultural and linguistic bridge for Spanish-speaking clients navigating the legal system.

What You'll Do

• Manage case files and documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy throughout all phases of litigation
• Conduct intake interviews with Spanish-speaking clients and communicate case information clearly in Spanish
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials
• Coordinate communications among clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and medical providers
• Review and organize discovery documents, evidence, and medical records
• Assist with settlement preparation and documentation
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and oral, with ability to communicate legal concepts across language barriers
• Paralegal experience in personal injury law or comparable litigation practice
• Strong organizational abilities and unwavering commitment to accuracy in legal documentation
• Competency with legal software, case management platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
• Clear written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team within a fast-paced firm environment
• Understanding of personal injury law and dedicated client advocacy
