The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Carer to join our team at Blue Care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals within our community. As a part-time employee, you will work with us in Bulimba, Morningside, Coorparoo, Holland Park, and surrounding areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance to clients as required
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Ensuring a safe environment for our clients
• Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
• Maintaining accurate records of services provided

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
• A caring, patient, and reliable nature
• Strong communication skills
