The Opportunity

Select candidates will join Fifth Third Bank as a Retail Personal Banker Associate I and have the opportunity to become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. This role is full-time, not remote.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with various banking needs such as account inquiries, transaction processing, and product recommendations.
• Participate in a 4-8 week on-boarding program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service to gain comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products and services.
• Support the growth of customer relationships by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Fifth Third Bank’s financial products and services.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
