ChristusHealth. is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II for our Atlanta laboratory in Galloway. In this full-time position, you'll perform essential laboratory procedures and analysis that directly support patient care and clinical outcomes.

About This Position

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II at our laboratory facility in Galloway, you'll execute both routine and complex testing procedures with precision and accuracy. Your work is vital to diagnostic medicine and the clinical decisions that guide patient treatment.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures on patient specimens
• Process and handle specimens according to established protocols and procedures
• Conduct testing and analysis of patient samples using laboratory instrumentation
• Calculate and report laboratory results with accuracy and precision
• Execute quality control procedures to ensure lab standards and regulatory compliance
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analytical equipment
• Assist in developing, validating, and implementing new testing procedures and protocols
• May perform phlebotomy and other assigned laboratory duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification or eligibility
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and quality control standards
• Proven experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Understanding of laboratory regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in all work
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tests and samples efficiently
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
