Buscamos un/a People Operations Trainee para dar apoyo al equipo de HR en el área de People Operations. Este rol es ideal para una persona organizada, proactiva, que tenga formación en el área de relaciones laborales/HR (grado, máster) y prácticas previas muy valorable.
Responsabilidades
- Soporte en HR Admin & Laboral
- Colaborar en procesos de onboarding y offboarding.
- Apoyar en la preparación y archivo de documentación laboral (contratos, anexos, certificados, etc.).
- Dar soporte en la gestión de incidencias de nómina, retribución flexible y coordinación con la gestoría laboral.
- Actualizar y mantener datos en los sistemas de recursos humanos.
- Dar soporte en incidencias básicas de hardware/software en coordinación con el equipo de IT.
- Apoyo general a HR
- Participar en proyectos internos de TA y de HR (comunicación, cultura, DE&I, wellbeing).
- Mantener la comunicación con empleados y managers en temas administrativos.
Perfil que buscamos
- Formación en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, ADE o similar (grado, máster) y prácticas previas muy valorable.
- Interés por aprender tanto del área laboral y de recusos humanos.
- Habilidades organizativas, proactividad y atención al detalle.
- Buen nivel de inglés (entorno internacional).
- Capacidad de comunicación y ganas de trabajar en equipo.
