The People Operations group works with flexibility and may occasionally ask you to contribute to key talent or recruiting priorities.

What You'll Do

• Partner with management and team members across performance discussions, employee relations situations, professional growth pathways, engagement activities, and broader structural matters
• Leverage relationship strengths and available metrics to recommend practical solutions for people challenges
• Encourage innovative thinking and support leaders as they choose actions that propel progress
• Contribute agily when the team needs additional help on strategic talent or recruiting work
• Act as a steady advocate for consistent cultural standards while helping the full team navigate people-related priorities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in building professional connections and applying data-informed reasoning to people issues
• Background supporting performance management, employee relations, career pathways, engagement programming, and organizational questions
• Ability to operate flexibly inside a People Operations setting and step in on talent or recruiting needs when required
• Comfort recommending clear solutions and helping managers select people decisions that benefit overall progress
