About the Role
This is a part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) position with Morrison Healthcare, a sector of Compass Group, based at UVA Health Prince William – 8700 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20110. As a dining associate, you will be a friendly point of contact for patients, supporting their nutrition and comfort throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, hospitality-focused service to patients during meal periods
- Assist with assembling, preparing, and distributing patient meals and trays
- Help ensure orders align with prescribed dietary guidelines and preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in line with food-safety standards
- Communicate courteously with patients, clinical staff, and fellow team members
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience is valued
- Background in restaurant or food-service settings is a plus
- A warm, patient-centered attitude and dependable work ethic
- Willingness to work a part-time schedule with rotating weekends and variable hours
