Partnership Tax Manager – International

Join PwC's tax services team in Minneapolis as a Partnership Tax Manager - International. We're seeking an experienced tax professional to guide high-net-worth individuals and business entities through complex cross-border tax planning, compliance, and strategic optimization.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in our Minneapolis, Hennepin County office. You'll work with partners and closely-held business structures, providing advisory services that span international tax regulations, entity structuring, and strategic planning. Travel up to 20% of the time supports client engagement and internal collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute international tax strategies for partnerships, including structuring, compliance planning, and optimization opportunities
• Guide clients through cross-border tax obligations, treaty provisions, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review tax positions, compliance filings, and strategic recommendations
• Advise on entity restructuring, fund formation, and capital allocation from a tax perspective
• Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their business objectives and tax concerns
• Stay current with changes in international tax law and communicate implications to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with colleagues across PwC's tax, audit, and advisory practices

What We're Looking For

• CPA or equivalent tax credential with expertise in partnership taxation and international tax
• 5+ years of experience in tax advisory, compliance, or planning roles
• Strong knowledge of US international tax rules, FATCA, GILTI, and subpart F income
• Experience advising on partnership structures, pass-through entities, and foreign investment
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to synthesize complex regulations and translate them into actionable guidance
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client and business needs
