About This Position

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring that products are properly displayed and organized for easy access.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and secure checkout area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
