About the Role
As a Part-Time LPN or RN with A Plus Health Care, you will provide skilled, professional nursing care to patients following each individual's established plan of care. Working within Company policies and procedures, you will help patients maintain their health, comfort, and independence while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care that aligns with each patient's personalized plan of care.
- Assess patient needs, develop appropriate interventions, and adjust care using the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, document observations, and report changes to the care team.
- Ensure all care meets relevant professional, state, and federal requirements.
- Follow Company policies, procedures, and applicable clinical standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Knowledge of professional nursing standards and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Strong assessment, planning, and clinical intervention skills.
- Ability to work effectively and reliably within the Whitehall, Jefferson County community.
