About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team at SMART, part of AMA GROUP AUSTRALIA. As a key member of our accident repair division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles return to their original condition after an accident.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess damaged vehicles for the extent of repairs required.
- Perform bodywork repairs using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Apply paint finishes to match the vehicle's original color.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner, adhering to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For
- A qualified Panel Beater with a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills in body repair, painting, and panel fitting.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A valid driver's license is essential for travel within the workplace.
