The Pan Boiler position at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables involves the critical role of producing high-grade sugar through the crushing process. This full-time, non-remote job operates on a rotating shift roster that includes weekends and occasional overtime during the production phase. Once the crushing is complete and the mill enters its maintenance period, the role transitions to a day work schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the pan boiler system to ensure efficient sugar production.
• Monitor and adjust temperature settings for optimal sugar quality.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in shift handovers, documenting any issues or concerns.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sugar production or related field is preferred.
