Stanley Black & Decker is hiring a Paint & Hang Line Supervisor to lead our production team at our Martin, Weakley County facility. This full-time, 2nd shift position (3 pm–midnight) offers the opportunity to drive manufacturing excellence while making your mark in a global organization.
About the Role
In this position, you'll supervise and direct day-to-day operations of the paint and hang production line. You'll be accountable for productivity targets, product quality, team safety, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will set the tone for how your team performs and develops, directly contributing to the success of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production line associates and manage shift performance against established targets
- Monitor product quality standards and implement corrective measures immediately when needed
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and promote a zero-incident team culture
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to develop staff capabilities
- Track production metrics, communicate results, and identify efficiency opportunities
- Manage shift communications, scheduling, attendance, and team accountability
- Problem-solve operational challenges and escalate issues to management when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production line supervision
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule, 3 pm–midnight
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and solve problems
- Experience tracking production metrics and reporting performance is preferred
