Description This is hiring a full-time Sales & Office Administrator in the US to keep our day-to-day business running smoothly while supporting senior leadership across sales, operations, and executive coordination.
About the Role
The Sales & Office Administrator is a hands-on operational and administrative role at the heart of Description This's US business. Working closely with the Global General Manager and the Global Operations Manager, you will act as the connective tissue between teams — handling executive administration, coordinating sales activity, managing client correspondence, and keeping schedules and reporting on track. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive administrative support to the Global General Manager and Global Operations Manager.
- Coordinate sales activities and assist the team in moving opportunities forward.
- Manage client communication, ensuring prompt, professional, and consistent correspondence.
- Offer broad operational support to keep US business functions running efficiently.
- Own scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Serve as the central coordination point across the US business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative, office coordination, or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal correspondence.
- Comfortable supporting senior executives and handling sensitive, time-critical work.
- Self-motivated and dependable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eligible to work in the US in a full-time, on-site capacity.
