Non-Technical Project Management / Change Management Specialist

Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Non-Technical Project Management / Change Management Specialist in Holy, to help drive organizational initiatives within a world leader in semiconductor and display manufacturing.

About the Role

As a Non-Technical Project Management / Change Management Specialist at Applied Materials, you will coordinate cross-functional programs and guide teams through process and organizational transitions. This on-site role in Holy, places you at the heart of a company whose materials engineering solutions help produce nearly every advanced chip and display in use today.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee non-technical projects from initiation through completion, keeping milestones and stakeholders aligned.
• Develop and execute change management strategies that ease the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain steady progress.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and outcomes clearly to colleagues and leadership.
• Document workflows, capture lessons learned, and continuously refine delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management and/or change management in a non-technical capacity.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging diverse teams and leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Holy.
