Join UPMC Southwestern PA as a Non-invasive Cardiology Physician in Monroeville, Allegheny County. We are seeking a full-time physician to deliver evidence-based cardiac care and lead non-invasive diagnostic evaluations at our Passavant facility.
About the Role
As a Non-invasive Cardiology Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient cardiac services focused on diagnostic imaging, stress testing, and non-invasive management of cardiovascular disease. You will work within a collaborative care team, interpret advanced cardiac diagnostics, and partner with colleagues across cardiology and internal medicine to optimize patient outcomes across the Southwestern Pennsylvania region.
What You'll Do
- Perform and interpret echocardiograms, stress tests, and other non-invasive cardiac procedures
- Evaluate and manage patients with a range of cardiovascular conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with invasive cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement and cardiac program development initiatives
- Maintain detailed, evidence-based patient documentation and records
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered service
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO degree with current medical licensure in Pennsylvania
- American Board of Internal Medicine or Pediatrics certification required
- Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease or eligible for board certification
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment
