About This Position

The Network Engineer is responsible for responding to level two issues that arise and escalations from the Network Operations Center or service desk. This person will proactively work with senior members of the Managed Services practice to provide exceptional support for our managed client portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to level two technical issues and escalate critical problems as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with Network Operations Center (NOC) and service desk teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Work proactively with senior members of the Managed Services practice to enhance support for managed client portfolios
  • Contribute to ongoing network maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
  • Strong technical skills in networking, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and incident management systems
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
