About the Role
As a NetSuite Account Executive at Oracle, you'll own the complete sales cycle with enterprise accounts across construction and energy industries throughout the Charleston region. You'll uncover business challenges that NetSuite's unified cloud platform solves—from financial management and supply chain visibility to project accounting and revenue recognition—and guide customers toward solutions that transform their operations. This full-time position is based in Charleston, Kanawha County, where you'll serve as a trusted business advisor driving Oracle's cloud ERP presence in key industry verticals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities within construction and energy sectors
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with client objectives and NetSuite capabilities
- Navigate complex buying processes and build consensus across multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Present NetSuite's unified cloud platform and demonstrate measurable business value specific to each prospect's industry and operations
- Negotiate contracts and close enterprise-level deals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with solutions engineers, implementation partners, and support teams to drive customer success
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales forecasts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally with ERP, financial management, or supply chain solutions
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals within construction, energy, manufacturing, or similarly complex industries
- Deep understanding of business operations and how cloud technology drives competitive advantage
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and influence at organizational scale
- Self-motivated, resilient learner who thrives in collaborative, dynamic environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience
