Position Summary

Hire Resolve is seeking a National Installations Technical Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of all installation-related projects nationally based in Johannesburg, GP. This role will serve as the central link between customer requirements and internal execution, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all installation-related projects nationally
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on project status
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with installations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management roles, preferably in the vehicle tracking and recovery solutions industry
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
• Experience in coordinating with various departments is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
