About This Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Independent Mortgage Field Inspector to join our team. As a part-time position, this role offers flexible scheduling options for those who prefer working on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mortgage field inspection industry and be capable of conducting thorough inspections with accuracy.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed property inspections to ensure compliance with mortgage requirements
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing findings, issues, and recommendations for lenders and clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders regarding inspection results and any necessary follow-up actions
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Who We're Looking For
