Certified Mobile Notary Service, a growing national network of mortgage closing professionals, is hiring experienced Mobile Notary Signing Consultants in the Tucson, Arizona area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to build a sustainable career managing closing events for residential loan transactions across our service region.

About the Role

As a Mobile Notary Signing Consultant, you'll be the bridge between lending institutions and borrowers, ensuring accurate, compliant closure of residential mortgage documents. You'll travel to client locations on scheduled dates, witness loan document signings, verify borrower identities, and manage the return of executed packages to lenders and title companies via secure methods.

What You'll Do

• Travel to borrower homes or designated closing locations at assigned times to conduct loan closing ceremonies
• Review loan packages for completeness and accuracy prior to and after document execution
• Verify borrower identity using valid government-issued credentials
• Perform notarization duties and apply official seals as required by jurisdiction
• Maintain detailed closing records, signing journals, and compliance documentation
• Ship or securely upload completed loan documents to lenders and title companies within required timeframes
• Communicate status updates and resolve document discrepancies with lending partners

What We're Looking For

• Active Arizona notary public commission or ability to obtain one
• Experience closing residential mortgage transactions (signing agent experience strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied schedules, including some evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in high-stakes financial transactions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple closings and deadlines
• Professional communication with lenders, borrowers, and title companies
