About the Role

As a Mobile Associate in a Store-in-Store setting, you'll be the front line of our customer experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you'll build relationships with customers and help them find the right mobile solutions for their needs.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers, understand their mobile needs, and recommend appropriate devices and service plans
• Complete mobile device sales transactions and manage billing inquiries with accuracy
• Maintain product knowledge about T-Mobile's latest devices, plans, and services
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Keep the sales floor organized and maintain a professional appearance
• Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve store goals

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience, ideally in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale systems
