About the Role

In this Automotive Assistant & Service Manager position, you'll be central to our service operations at the Holt location. You'll balance customer-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes coordination, ensuring every visitor receives the professional automotive care Midas has delivered for decades.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and manage service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer convenience
• Oversee daily service operations and coordinate between the technical team and customers
• Conduct initial vehicle assessments and explain service recommendations clearly
• Process service orders, handle payments, and manage customer transactions
• Serve as the primary contact for customer questions about their vehicle service
• Maintain detailed records and track service progress for each customer
• Support inventory management and service department organization
• Foster a professional, welcoming environment that reflects Midas standards
