About the Role

As a Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Solution Architect Manager based in Nashville, you will join a collaborative group of strategic advisors, solution architects, and hands-on implementers. Together, the team helps clients reimagine how their business functions and technology work in concert, unlocking measurable value across the supply chain and supporting ambitious goals for growth and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position centered on Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Discrete manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design of MES solutions built on Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Opcenter Execution Discrete.
• Partner with clients to translate manufacturing and supply chain objectives into practical, scalable technology roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end business transformation initiatives, from strategy through implementation.
• Connect business processes with enabling technology to maximize value and improve efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams delivering MES engagements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Siemens Opcenter Foundation and Opcenter Discrete platforms.
• Strong background in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or related business transformation work.
• Proven ability to advise clients, architect solutions, and guide delivery teams as a manager.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Nashville, Davidson County area.
