Merchandising Assistant Manager

Dollar Tree is hiring a Merchandising Assistant Manager for our Nashville location in Davidson County. In this full-time position, you'll support the Store Manager in leading store associates while driving merchandising excellence and operational efficiency across the department.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of our store's merchandising and freight operations, translating company standards into a polished, customer-ready environment. Your work directly impacts how customers experience Dollar Tree locations every day—from the way products are displayed to how smoothly our supply chain flows. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll balance strategic initiatives with hands-on leadership of the merchandising team.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute merchandising displays that drive customer engagement and meet company visual standards
• Oversee freight processing, including receiving, organizing, and distributing inventory to sales floor and storage
• Lead store associates in daily merchandising tasks and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure product placement and shelf organization align with company guidelines
• Support the Store Manager with operational planning and problem-solving
• Train team members on merchandising procedures and operational best practices
• Build a positive workplace culture that reflects Dollar Tree's commitment to our communities

What We're Looking For

• Retail or operations experience with demonstrated merchandising knowledge
• Strong supervisory and team leadership abilities
