Home Depot is hiring a full-time Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) in Timpanogos, Utah County. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our shelves stocked, our products beautifully displayed, and our customers finding exactly what they need—safely and efficiently.

About the Role

As a Merchandising Execution Associate, you're essential to the shopping experience at our Timpanogos location. Every day brings a mix of stocking shelves, rotating inventory, updating prices and signage, and launching eye-catching promotional displays. You'll work with precision and speed to ensure merchandising standards are met while maintaining a safe, well-organized sales floor that works for both customers and team members.

What You'll Do

• Stock shelves with products, maintaining accurate quantities, proper placement, and Home Depot location standards
• Execute price changes, promotional updates, and inventory rotations across assigned departments
• Build and maintain compelling merchandise displays and promotional endcaps designed to catch customer attention
• Conduct shelf audits to verify accuracy, correct placement, and compliance with company standards
• Execute special merchandising projects that improve product visibility and customer discovery
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately
• Work collaboratively with department supervisors and store leadership to prioritize daily tasks

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift, regularly handling items up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with pricing, numbers, and product locations
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple merchandising priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and commitment to showing up on time, ready to work
• Positive, collaborative attitude with a genuine desire to support teammates
• Basic math skills for pricing verification and inventory accuracy
• Adaptability and willingness to help across different departments as needed
