Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Pak n Save Rolleston. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, driving sales through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product displays meet company standards and are visually appealing to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify opportunities for improvement in merchandising practices.
• Implement promotional activities and manage end-cap displays effectively.
• Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends if required.
