Seven Starling is hiring a Part-Time Licensed Therapist – Women’s Mental Health – California Licensed to deliver compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy to women across the United States. About the Role

As a Seven Starling therapist, you will provide virtual, evidence-based care to women navigating perinatal, menopausal, and broader reproductive mental health journeys. Working closely with our clinical and leadership teams, you will help shape the future of women’s behavioral health at an early-stage, mission-driven company. This is a part-time, exempt, salaried telehealth position serving patients during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
• Maintain roughly 29 hours of weekly calendar availability, completing approximately 20–21 patient sessions per week.
• Offer appointments between 8am and 8pm, with at least 20% (about 5 slots) available after 4pm on weekdays.
• Write and maintain thorough, high-quality documentation and treatment plans.
• Take part in individual and group clinical consultation and attend the monthly clinical team meeting.
• Contribute to company initiatives that align with your professional interests.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist) is required; holding at least two additional licenses is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in perinatal, menopausal, or women’s mental health.
• Solid foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
• Confidence with telehealth platforms, EHRs, and virtual care best practices.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative, consultation-driven team models and continuous learning.
• A multi-state license and PMH-C certification are pluses.
