Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Arnold Clark in Aberdeen. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and additional earnings through performance bonuses.
<h2-Core Duties- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles from Hyundai, OMODA, and JAECOO brands
- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards
- Participate in team training to stay updated on new technologies and techniques
- Earn a competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 DOE plus benefits package
- Potential for up to £9,000 every three years through performance bonuses (terms and conditions apply)
- Receive overtime pay at time and a half
- Enjoy 33 days of annual leave with room to grow
- Flexible working hours and toolbox cover provided
- Training offered to become an EV accredited Technician
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- A valid UK driving license
- Excellent mechanical skills with a focus on Hyundai, OMODA, and JAECOO vehicles
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required
