Wright City Locations:
First Shift (6am – 2pm): Starting Pay $20.00 per hour
Second Shift (2pm – 10pm): Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)
* Overtime is required on all shifts based on production needs.
Warrenton Location:
First Shift (7am – 3pm or 5am – 1pm): Starting Pay $20.00 per hour
Second Shift (3pm – 11pm): Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)
Third Shift (11pm – 7am): Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential)
* Overtime is required on all shifts based on production needs.
What You’ll Get to Do
Job responsibilities include:
- Moving materials (primarily glass) using vacuum lift assist equipment, manually lifting, and moving mobile carts from one position/location to another to facilitate the production process
- Understanding the schedule and the inventory requirements to keep production on schedule
- Performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, such as cleaning and inspecting
- Understanding and applying inspection procedures and tolerances to pass or reject materials and/or products
What We’re Looking For
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Able to write, perform basic math, and read a tape measure
- Punctual and excellent attendance
- Be available for overtime and emergency work
