About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated Mātanga Māori to join our team at ELMO Cloud HR & Payroll in Christchurch. This role is full-time and requires working one day or two half-days per week (0.2 FTE / 8 hours).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Māori cultural practices within the organization.
• Facilitate communication between Māori stakeholders and the wider team.
• Contribute to the development of culturally responsive policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on Māori language and culture for all staff members.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about promoting Māori cultural values and practices. The ideal applicant will have:

• A strong understanding of Māori cultural protocols and tikanga.
• Experience in working with Māori communities or organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
