About This Position
To act as an advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics during critical moments. People Partners will collaborate with all unit customer groups within the country, facilitating the delivery of lifecycle events, employee value proposition, talent acquisition, talent management, learning, performance management, and more.

- Improve performance management processes through regular feedback and coaching sessions.

- Demonstrated experience in policy advisory roles or similar functions within a corporate environment.
- A strong understanding of P&O topics relevant to the industry.
