The Opportunity
As an Assistant Property Manager at Commercial Real Estate Company, you'll work alongside experienced property management professionals to oversee commercial, industrial, and retail properties. What You'll Do
- Support Property Manager(s) with day-to-day operations across commercial, industrial, or retail properties

- Ensure all property services align with established policies, procedures, regulations, and lease contracts
- Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance or repair requests
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Assist with lease administration and tenant communication

- Proven experience in property management or a related real estate operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with property owners, tenants, and vendors
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of property management regulations and fair housing practices
- Detail-oriented approach to financial and operational record-keeping
